Prime Care Assist was founded with a vision to create disability support services that genuinely understand participants — not only through professional knowledge, but through lived experience.
One of our Directors is an NDIS participant who understands the challenges, frustrations and successes of navigating the disability support system firsthand.
This unique perspective guides everything we do and ensures our participants always feel heard, respected and valued. We believe support should never feel transactional. It should feel personal.
