Prime Care Assist was founded with a vision to create disability support services that genuinely understand participants — not only through professional knowledge, but through lived experience.
Our approach is shaped by people who have navigated the disability support system themselves, so we understand the challenges, frustrations and successes participants experience firsthand.
This unique perspective guides everything we do and ensures our participants always feel heard, respected and valued. We believe support should never feel transactional. It should feel personal.
